we have been learning what every one in the class can't stand above are some of mine. We made spider webs because spiders eat almost any thing they can't stand.

When I did this piece of learning we were learning to find the meanings of our names,where our name came from,different spellings,how popular our names are,what gender we are and a famous person with the same name. We created pieces like this because our inquiry was based on our names and knowing our stories. I found getting the background to fade the hardest. Next time I might pick a more colorful background. 

We have been learning the meanings of astronomical,asterisk,astronomer,asteroid and astronaut.Under the flaps are the meanings of the words above. I enjoyed the coloring and finding out what new words mean. Next time I might cut out all the details instead of cutting around them.
